Returns Policy
At Designed & Created, everything we offer is made and designed bespoke, with love and care, right here in the UK. As a small business, we take great pride in crafting items that we hope you’ll cherish. While we strive for your complete satisfaction, we understand that sometimes things may not be quite right. If that’s the case, we’re here to help.
- Return Period: You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
- Return Shipping Costs: As a small business, we kindly ask that you cover the return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

- We’ll provide instructions on how to return the item.
- Package the item securely and post it back using a tracked service, keeping your proof of postage.
